Aims & Objectives
We aim to create a safe and secure environment in which our tenants retain their personal financial independence; where tenant’s privacy and their rights to freedom of choice are respected.
You will have:
- The right to refuse entry to your home and to say NO to any care or support offered to you
- The right to choose who delivers your care and support
- The right to confidentiality
- The right to expect your home to be respected and the Hall to be maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and decoration
- The right to discuss with your landlord anything about the Hall which concerns you
- Your cultural, religious, social, emotional or political beliefs respected
- Your dignity and personal privacy respected, including mail, belongings and affairs
- The right to freedom of movement and activity, subject only to safety
- The right to a comfortable and safe environment and to mix with other people within the community whether by going out of The Hall or by inviting friends in
- Full information on how to gain access to our complaints procedure and to be represented by friends or an advocate if you so wish
- An invoice setting out clearly the monthly amounts you will have to pay to Mead Medical Services Ltd. We will ask you to set up a Standing Order to pay these amounts monthly in advance
- You will pay for food, heat, light and laundry plus rent.
